1961. As Ruby Dee as Ruth Younger and Claudia McNeil as Lena Younger do their daily chores, Diana Sands as Beneatha Younger enters in full and talks about her dreams, and her views on religion, which upsets Lena to the point where she doesn't feel respected.
"Morning Worries" from A Raisin In The Sun
1961. Ruby Dee as Ruth Younger gets up and gets her family going. She gets her son, Stephen Parry as Travis Younger up and in the shower, and then her husband, Sidney Poitier as Walter Lee Younger up, and he has the insurance payment his mother is going to receive soon on his mind, which gets a perrenial argument to return, and Diana Sands as Beneatha Younger, comes in and talks about her current boyfriend in the process.
